In my years of coaching experience I noticed that there 5 main areas which tend to shape us and our body: sleep; nutrition; stress; daily activity and physical exercise (psychology wraps all areas together).
These are the aspects that we need to look at and address the one that is holding back the most. May be that you are exercising well but the recovery part is impaired and it is the reason why the results are diminished. Therefore, the created questionnaire and interviews will guide us through the journey.
