FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: BASIC CONCEPTS

Online course  (in lithuanian)

The course is held by sponsors Lithuanian Sport Academy. The topics covered are: psychology (basics); movements and cardiovascular system assessments; joints' mobility; joints' stability (including body's mid-section); free weights and machine movements; and warm-up. The course covers many whys and little bit of hows of functional training but not whats.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: ADVANCED

Online course (in lithuanian)

The course is held by sponsors Lithuanian Sport Academy. The topics covered are: strength ability; other motor abilities; exercises' progression and regression; program planning; recovery. Besides whys and hows, this course includes many whats. Many definitions and other systems are taken from Functional Training: Basic Concepts course. Therefore, it is highly recommended to take it prior Functional training: Advanced.
