Personal Online Coaching includes everything: questionnaire, interview, movement assessment, training program and corrective exercises if necessary. The coach's work also includes all areas of life: stress, sleep, nutrition, daily activity and exercise. Keep in mind, that exact nutrition plans or strategies to overcome all the stress are not provided. However, the advises are given if any area is a limiting factor. This package is limitless in training programs and they are aligned with changes in client's schedule. Immediate communication and coach's accessibility are the key.
