The Answers You Need

WHY IS THERE LIMITED AMOUNT OF CLIENTS?

(1)It is not my full-time job; (2) The main interest here is to provide help/services with quality for those who purchased sport program or personal online coaching. Therefore, the quality can be maintained if the quantity is reduced. If there are no slots available you will be informed.

HOW IS THE MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT CARRIED?

In order to evaluate your movements quality, you will receive a coach's video which you will be required to record yourself with the same movement patterns. After doing so you will send the video to a coach and corrective program special for you will be created.

WHAT IF MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT DOES NOT SHOW ANY AREA THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT?

If all tests are marked as functional (pass) and no correctives are required, person will be offered 2 outdoor exercises' circuits instead of corrective program.

WHY IS THERE MONTHLY FOLLOW UP?

While it is online platform it might be hard to understand what is asked to do in the program. Therefore, monthly follow up allows client to understand everything in the program regarding technique and progression/regression if needed. This is the guarantee that the program you purchased will be delivered at its best.

HOW ARE MY AREAS OF LIFE EVALUATED?

You are given a simple  questionnaire with 26 questions (5-6 questions per area). According to your answers the visual web diagram is created.
