About

MEET THE COACH

Stanislovas (Stan) worked as a strength and conditioning coach in few countries: Czech Republic, USA, Israel, Finland, Spain.

 

He has experience working in private sector as well as basketball, badminton, ice hockey and floor ball athletes. However, most of his experience is basketball related that range from  youth athletes (U-9) up to Euroleague level. 

 

He has worked with basketball players at 5 different countries and some of the national team players  (e.g., Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Belgium, Brazil, Slovakia, Czech republic and others).

We met in Spain for the first time. Since then we are working together and now we even work via internet.

Stanislovas is ready for every training and they vary from day to day depending on many factors. Also I know the „why, how and what“ of all exercises that I do.

But the most importantly we work a lot on my previous injuries which gave much of confidence on the court.
